Do you offer Contact-Less Delivery?
YES! We do offer contact-less delivery for your convenience. However, please note that our Meal Kits contain frozen and refrigerated goods, so proper handling upon receipt is recommended.
When are PRE-ORDER items delivered?
Delivery of PRE-ORDERED items will be scheduled with you for either the first or second Friday (11am-11pm) after placing your order, depending on supplier availability.
What happens if my order doesn’t become available the following week?
If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order within 7 business days, you may choose to have your order refunded, select an item of equal value currently in stock or wait until the following week when our supplier can fulfill the order.
