While we do not offer refunds on personalized, custom, perishable, or personal care items due to their unique and sensitive nature, we are happy to replace defective, damaged, or misdescribed items with the same or a similar product or provide store credit.

Returns or Exchanges

Please carefully inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately so we can quickly address the issue. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery for all other eligible items. Please kindly note that a $20 fee for return shipping and repackaging applies. However, this fee may be reduced to $10 or completely waived for exchanges. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order details, requests or concerns and allow 48 hours for us to accommodate. Once your return or exchange is approved, we will provide a shipping label along with detailed return instructions. It is important that you do not send items back without first requesting and receiving authorization for a return; otherwise, the items will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

If your order has already shipped when we receive your cancellation request, our return policy will apply. However, if we receive your cancellation request before the order has shipped, we will gladly accommodate the cancellation with a full refund. Please note that refunds and cancellations are not eligible on **custom items"* once materials have been ordered or your order is in production.
